Prayers please for our men and woman serving our country.

Sean is leaving today to serve our country in Iraq!! He, along with many other men and women in the National Guard will be serving overseas for a year!! Please keep all of them in your prayers---their families as well!

Sean, Michelle and Julia have meant soooo much to me for the past nine years that I feel like another son is going to Iraq!! They are just an awesome family---better known as the 'Beautiful Family' when I describe them!! Could they be any better looking? I am Julia's Frannie Nannie and I could not love her more. She and I have had many adventures together since she was an infant.

Julia and her Dad are truly, and I mean truly, best friends. They are always horsing around---Michelle has two children when they are together!! LOL Then you add the three overly affectionate dogs to the mix....YIKES! BUT.....If you love Julia, you have to love the dogs because they are a package deal and the dogs will lick you to death until you do love them!!

You will be missed, Sean!! Don't worry about anything at home, we/ve got it covered........I think Julia and I will have a party every Tues. at the pool all summer long!!! LOL---Just kidding!!!

Kristin and Leon

I could not have asked for a nicer couple that Kristin and Leon. It was such an awesome day--the ceremony was very moving and right on and the weather was gorgeous. We did have to hustle through the pictures with the sun setting quickly but I so enjoyed spending this day with Kristin and Leon. They are so in-love.

Amanda - the middle sister

The middle sister- the middle child- beautiful Amanda. Crystal is her big sister- Michelle her baby sister! As you can see she is as beautiful as her sisters!!! Because of a quickly setting sun we had very little time at the boardwalk. Thank goodness she needed very little direction in posing, a photographers dream! Thank you Amanda!!!

Jeff and Meg: Someone Like You

I am an incurable romantic!! That being said, I guess it is clear that I have the most awesome Job!!!!

I love to listen to music while I am culling through my sessions. Van Morrison's Someone Like You came on while I

was working on Jeff and Meg's session. The romantic side of me just went: Ahhhhhhhhhh!!! such a perfect song for a beautiful couple!! I had to put it on repeat until I finished--the words are just too perfect!! These two and their dog Neely

(yes, Jeff was a hockey player) fit right into the mood of the song. The Best is Yet to Come!!

It was a bit too windy so we had to cut our time short but I enjoyed working with them so much.

I cannot wait until the wedding!!

Samantha --- Senior Photographer Cape Cod, MA

Wind and clouds and then add long beautiful hair---yikes!! Could be the kiss of death for a portrait but lucky for us, the sun peeked through just enough to get some shots. Now the wind was another story--we could only face in one direction so the hair wouldn't be all over the place and both of our eyes were watering. Thank goodness that direction was facing that beautiful light!! I have to say that Sam was really fun to be with. Sam reminded me of my own daughter, Stephanie. I hope you enjoyed our session as much as I did.

Doug and Karina

I met Doug and Karina at a Panera Bread on a rainy day. I was so taken not only by their good looks, but by how loving they are. Karina smiles all the time. We may have met on a rainy day but their wedding day rocked with sunshine!!!!! Thanks for including me in your wedding day festivities, I'll email you again when your gallery is complete!

Cathy and Ryan

Rain, rain, and more rain is what Cathy and Ryan had on their wedding day!!! Didn't seem to matter even a tiny bit to them. It was all about getting married!!!


Cathy just about ran down the aisle and high fives were abundant on the alter. I have known Cathy since she arrive on this earth. She has always had an exuberance for life. This was an awesome wedding and a crazy fun reception. Than you guys for allowing me to be part of it!!!!

Could this girl be any more beautiful??? We were limited to a mid morning shoot--light was difficult but girl was magnificient!!

Brittany is not a beach girl (I know----how can a Cape Cod girl not be into the beaches???) so we decided to find other places--even the train station.

Nolan

Nolan's Mom called me to do his senior picture and it was like a 'WOW' for me!! When his Mom was a teen ager, I sponsored her in 'ECHO' (a wonderful teenage retreat here on the Cape)!! I thought she can't possibly have a high school senior??!! But, time does march on
and she does........what a handsome, personable young man!! Thank you, Nolan....I enjoyed every second of our time at Loop Beach!

Amy and Martin

I am a huge dog lover!!!! That being said, you can only imagine how happy it was for me to see Amy and Martin's Chow, Ceilia walking up the aisle to witness her parents wedding!!!! It made me smile!!!

I have said it before, the Beachmoor is one of my favorite places for a wedding!! This day went off without a hitch......I hope the honeymoon was as wonderful!!!

Lori and Viktor

As a surprise to Viktor, Lori sang "Grow old along with me!"

It was very emotional and her voice is magnificent. Lori was so nervous before hand but once she started she did not skip a beat. IT WAS BEAUTIFUL!!! I enjoyed their day...

The Morris Family

I love shooting these three boys! I think this was the third time. This time I was introduced to the new member of the family--- their DOG!!! This was a quick shoot but as usual, these boys were fun and handsome too! I'll email you again when your gallery is complete.




SESSION TIP
If your four legged friends are a big part of your family, ask me prior to your session to include them. Why leave them out?!?

Paulina and Michael

Paulina is from Mexico and Michael grew up in the summertime on the Cape. His parents and grandparents all got married at the historical St. Joseph's Church in Woods Hole. To carry on this tradition, Michael and Paulina decided to have their wedding in the same church!

Paulina's family made the trip up from Mexico to be part of this beautiful girls day. It was a magical day that ended up with everyone (and I mean everyone) at Old Silver Beach at sunset!!!
